About Me
Raised in Malibu and now raising my own three children on the Westside of Los Angeles, I have deep roots and commitment to this community. I understand firsthand the cultural/socially economics dynamics and academic pressures that children and teens face today. I bring insight into both the private and public-school systems, which informs my work with families navigating these environments.​
Before establishing my private practice, I cultivated extensive experience working in an adult psychiatric unit as well as a few residential treatment centers for youth. I providing direct care and support to individuals, youth and their families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. That early clinical experience, combined with my personal experience as a mother, has allowed me to cultivate a therapeutic style that is both empathetic and practical—deeply attuned to the unique needs of each individual I work with.

Each session will be tailored to meet your unique needs and personal goals.
Family Therapy
I offer compassionate, solution-focused family therapy to help families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger, healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for families navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, or emotional struggles.
Parent Coaching
I am passionate about helping parents navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Whether you're dealing with behavioral issues, co-parenting struggles, or communication breakdowns, I offer a supportive approach and offer practical tools and guidance tailored to your family’s unique needs.
Clinical Supervision
I'm passionate about helping therapists grow in confidence and skill through collaborative and supportive guidance. I provide clinical supervision and consultation for licensed mental health professionals, including support with EMDR.
